The pulse bag filter adopts the ash cleaning method of pulse spraying. The clean air passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay ( (Or micro-differential pressure controller) output signal, the program controller starts to work, open the pulse valve one by one, make the compressed air blow through the nozzle to clean the filter bag, make the filter bag suddenly expand, under the action of the reverse air flow, attached to The dust on the surface of the filter bag quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin).

The dust is discharged by the unloader. After all the filter bags are sprayed and cleaned, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
